Our private lessons are great for
Actors Academy students who want to:

Better prepare for college or DSA auditions, and school plays

Advance their skills in an accelerated time frame

These private acting classes, which are ONLY available to Actors Academy for the Performing Arts students, cost $40-$45 per half hour and $75-$85 per hour, and are typically sold in four packs.

30 or 60-minute sessions are available at our Boulder location, scheduled at your convenience on afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Private Lessons With Our
Founder and Artistic Director, Michelle Romeo

Michelle offers private lessons to help prepare our Actors Academy for the Performing Arts students each year for their auditions, including college auditions, and auditions for Denver School of the Arts.

Her private lessons cover:

Various acting methods and techniques (Stanislavsky, Meisner, Michael Chekhov, Uta Hagen)
How to work through mental and emotional blocks and problem areas
How to pick suitable monologues and music for auditions
Proper and healthy vocalization, projection, and diction
Monologue coaching and prep
Resume building and consults
Stage movement for acting
Script analysis

These classes cover acting, auditioning, dance, and voice skills, but Michelle will design a unique curriculum based on the individual
needs of each student.
